Designed as … Read more Handmade in Türkiye, this contemporary Turkish kilim floor sofa set offers a modern interpretation of traditional Majlis seating. Designed as a complete U-shaped floor seating arrangement, the set combines rich burgundy tones, geometric Anatolian-inspired patterns and low-profile modular comfort to create an inviting focal point for a living room, lounge, family room or conversation area.

The upholstery features a soft-touch kilim-style woven fabric with intricate geometric motifs inspired by traditional Turkish and Middle Eastern textiles. Coordinating burgundy, ivory, blue and warm neutral tones give the seating a distinctive layered appearance that works beautifully in Bohemian, Moroccan-inspired, eclectic, global and Middle Eastern interiors. The reverse sides are finished in durable cotton fabric.

This is the complete 17-piece set shown, including three large floor seat cushions, six large back cushions, two smaller back cushions, two armrest cushions, two coordinating floor cushions, one matching ottoman and one coordinating area rug. Together, the pieces create the full U-shaped seating arrangement while remaining modular, allowing the configuration to be adapted to different rooms and entertaining needs.

Each large floor cushion measures approximately 75 in. W × 28 in. D × 4 in. H (190 × 70 × 10 cm). Each large back cushion measures approximately 36 × 16 × 4 in. (90 × 40 × 10 cm), while the two smaller back cushions measure approximately 24 × 16 × 4 in. (60 × 40 × 10 cm). The armrest cushions measure approximately 20 × 8 × 8 in. (50 × 20 × 20 cm) each. The two additional floor cushions measure approximately 25 × 18 in. (65 × 45 cm) each. The coordinating ottoman measures approximately 24 × 24 × 8 in. (60 × 60 × 20 cm), and the matching area rug measures approximately 71 × 48 in. (180 × 120 cm).

The cushions are filled for comfortable floor-level lounging, conversation and entertaining. Zip closures allow the covers to be removed for easier care. The modular construction also makes the individual pieces easy to rearrange, creating anything from a traditional Arabic Majlis seating area to a Turkish floor lounge, Moroccan-inspired conversation space or relaxed Bohemian living room arrangement.

This floor sofa is newly made and handcrafted in our small atelier in Türkiye. Each set is produced with attention to textile placement, pattern coordination and construction. Minor variations in pattern positioning may occur as part of the handmade production process, giving each set its own character.
