This mid-20th-century Turkish Anatolian runner presents a lively procession of geometric medallions arranged along a warm ochre and camel field. Alternating diamonds, stepped lozenges, and compact cruciform devices appear in ivory, coral, rose, magenta, orange, pale blue, charcoal, and brown, creating a varied yet harmonious vertical rhythm. Small rosettes and paired geometric accents punctuate the spaces between the principal motifs, while angular corner brackets help organize the elongated composition. Broad side borders display repeating serrated triangles in vivid pink, charcoal, and cream, framed by narrow dark guard stripes that sharpen the overall structure. The saturated accents contrast beautifully with the earthy ground, giving the runner a spirited folk-art character rooted in Anatolian village weaving. Its long, narrow proportions make it especially suitable for a hallway, gallery, corridor, or other extended passage where color, pattern, and movement can define the space with distinctive presence.
