The warm, well-aged cherry patina is complemented by turned wooden knobs and front feet and a scalloped backboard adds to its timeless character. Offering generous storage and enduring craftsmanship, the dresser is well suited to a bedroom, entryway, or living space. The back legs are mismatched, with one original leg and one historical replacement at the left rear. The original locking mechanisms are no longer present, and the piece does not appear to have ever had escutcheons. There is a small area of repair along the back of the top, next to the backboard, which may have originally been an opening for a center bracket to support a mirror, as seen in the pictures. Overall, a well-preserved antique. All items are in vintage or pre-owned condition and show wear consistent with age and use, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
