This mid-20th-century Turkish Anatolian runner presents an articulated geometric composition across a warm ivory, beige, and pale taupe field. A vertical sequence of diamonds, stepped lozenges, triangular devices, and small abstract symbols creates a measured rhythm from end to end. Blush pink and muted rose accents enliven the restrained ground, while faint brown passages add depth and variation. The central motifs alternate between outlined diamonds and pinwheel-like forms, accompanied by scattered hooks, squares, and compact linear ornaments. Narrow side bands loosely frame the field with additional geometric marks, maintaining an open and understated appearance. The limited palette and simplified drawing give the runner a distinctly modern character while remaining rooted in Anatolian village weaving traditions. Its elongated proportions make it well suited to a hallway, gallery, bedroom passage, or alongside a long console, where its subtle pattern can provide warmth, texture, and visual continuity.
