Each plate has … Read more A pair of small hand-painted royal delft plates by de porceleyne fles, made in 1982 and 1983. Each plate has a scalloped rim and a delft blue landscape scene: one with sailing boats on the water, the other with a windmill beside a waterside landscape.

both pieces are marked at the back with the royal delft factory mark, painter’s initials, model numbers and year codes. The set is attributed to m.a.m. V.d. Sande and a.l.m.m. Beek, with year codes db and dc for 1982 and 1983. The plates are in very good vintage condition, with light wear and fine glaze crazing consistent with age. This piece has an attribution mark,
