A striking Postmodern display pedestal stand manufactured on May 30, 1990, by Mission Furniture of Los Angeles.
Handcrafted in the Philippines during the peak of the Neo-Deco design movement, this architectural accent piece beautifully captures the high-end artisan aesthetic popularized by iconic designers like Maitland-Smith and Enrique Garcel.The square columnar body is meticulously clad in an ivory-colored tessellated stone tile veneer. Embellishing the front face is an elegant, stylized wave graphic inlaid with polished sections of deep black horn.
