Listing is for a primitive piece of what I believe to be pin prick art. The basket of flowers with raised floral design is mounted on black velvet fabric. The frame is also of the Victorian era with lemon gilt liner having hand painted arabesque pattern. Not sure of wood type, but it’s partially ebonized which enhances the deep well.
No marks noted, it strikes me as a memorial piece based on the black velvet background.
