  • "Erin: Ok, if the offer was invalid you can reach out to Chairish and they will handle the refund. We cannot accept anything lower then this sale price of $1765, due to the value and amount we have invested plus the service fees we will incur. If you would still like the sleigh let me know at your convenience. You can reach out to Chairish if you would like them to handle the delivery, it's an option. Jill"

  • "Oh my! I just submitted a full Price offer because it other was rejected. I’m on a plane to Ny and can’t communicate in about 5 min. Getting after Christmas really isn’t an option. It’s for my husband and family to wake up To Christmas morning, remnicient of our Christmas in NY in a covered carriage. And when you say no ups freight not working on Friday, you mean on your end or on the road? Can you get it on the road before Friday??"

  • "Erin: Hello Erin. Sorry for the delay but there is no way with the short notice that this sleigh could be professionally packed and delivered in 4 days. UPS freight is not working Friday. It could be packed and arrive just after Christmas if that is an option let me know. If so, I can get you a delivery quote and those cushion photos. Jill & Jim The Green Scene Antiques"

  • "Erin: I'll see what I can do tomorrow. I'll be out of town. But I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything."

    Dec. 15, 2017, 7:02 p.m.

  • "If you could get me close-up pictures of the seat asap (is that possible?) and let me know how much rush packing, as well as shipping to 70808 would be, I could arrange for payment asap."

    Dec. 15, 2017, 3:43 p.m.

  • "Nevermind my freight comment - I see you said UPS FREIGHT! So if you could find out the soonest it could ship out, to arrive no later than Christmas Eve, I would be interested. Thank you!"

    Dec. 15, 2017, 3:39 p.m.

  • "Erin: Yes, Erin we've shipped lots of sleighs UPS freight. I doubt you would have it by Christmas at this point unless you pay rush service for the packing. I could ask tomorrow and see if it's a possibility to ship next week. It is only a 2-3 day transit time from Pa but we would need the payment cleared ASAP (prior to Monday) so that we can bring it to UPS for packing. (professionally packed on a pallet)"

  • "Hmmm...well I'm trying to surprise my husband for Christmas..and we live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I didn't think that something that size could ship out UPS - I have a business and anything over-sized has to ship freight...so if you could find out more for me...and the quickest ship out date - if it could be sooner rather than later...I would appreciate it!"

    Dec. 15, 2017, 3:24 p.m.

  • "Erin: I cannot get any additional photos until Monday. I can ask about shipping, but my best guess would be first week of January. UPS freight is very quick, if you send your city/zip I can give you a rough estimate of delivery time."

    Dec. 15, 2017, 3:20 p.m.

  • "Erin: Yes, the top does come down and I believe it's removable but I have to ask Jim. Here is some interesting info I just found out: Hi, this is amazing you have a Lockwood Sleigh! John Horton Lockwood was my great grandfather on my fathers side. This sleigh was built it Burlington, Vermont in J.H. Lockwood’s shop which was at 89 St. Paul street. The sleigh was built closer to the later time estimate you listed as J.H. Lockwood became a Dodge Brothers car dealership around 1918."

  • "And can you send close-up pictures of the seat, too, please?"

    Dec. 15, 2017, 3:17 p.m.

  • "Does the top come down and stay down? Can you send me pictures with the top down? If it ends up being what I want, when is the soonest it could be shipped out? Thank you! Erin"
