We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning and very rare original Ships Pitch Pine Refectory dining table … Read more We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning and very rare original Ships Pitch Pine Refectory dining table with Phosphor Bronze feet and fittings A truly sublime piece, I have never seen another genuine ship table of this size before, one serving table came up but never a genuine usable refectory dining table. This is just about the most amazing looking thing I have ever seen, the table top shows every bit of its 140-160 years of use. It is pitch pine which is nicely burred and expertly joined. The feet and exposed bolts are bronze, the feet are intentionally turned inwards for stability on the ship.
