Beautiful Pair of Vintage 19th-Century Style Mahogany and Velvet Empire Revival Armchairs. These feature gorgeous, hand-carving along the exposed wood rails that frames the base and flows into elegant "S" curve scrolling arms. Deeply padded, oversized rolled arms that flare outward for a formal yet incredibly plush seating experience. Dark wood frame (mahogany/walnut tone) paired with deep velvet/mohair upholstery.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Frame is structurally sound, rock-solid, and free of wobbles. The wood carvings look beautiful with minor, age-appropriate surface wear. Upholstery is clean and plush.
