A lovely tangerine and amber hand-blown glass pitcher. Made by Rainbow Glass Co in 1969. The series number is #797, and the series name is "The Admiral."
The pitcher was made with tangerine-orange glass with a contrasting light amber-yellow applied handle. The pitcher holds 32 fluid ounces. The pitcher has a full rounded body, narrow waist and dramatic upswept pouring spout that tapers to a small point. Optic paneling adds definition to the exterior.
The pitcher is 7 1/4 inches tall, 6 inches long (to end of handle), and 5 1/4 inches wide. In excellent condition, with only the slightest hints of normal wear from previous use. The pitcher weighs 1 1/2 lbs.
