Oak-based display cabinet featuring a glass vitrine top with glazed front and side panels, steel and brass hardware, and a paneled storage compartment below. The upper display section is framed in oak with beveled glass panels secured by exposed fasteners, opening from the rear via a hinged access door with original latch hardware. The interior is lined in green felt, providing contrast and visibility for fountain pens or boxed writing instruments. The lower cabinet offers enclosed storage, set on gold-painted cast iron claw feet that lend a subtle classical note to an otherwise utilitarian retail fixture.
