HUBENS & DEGUE
A beautiful and rare 1928 - 1932 French art deco pendant chandelier. A nickel-plated fixture holds a deep special shaped bowl in thick molded-pressed glass. The shade was produced for la maison Francis Hubens by Degué. It has a Degue signature to the rim and it is signed Hubens on the outside of the shade. The diameter of the bowl is 24,9 cm (9,8") and the total height of the lamp is 54 cm (21,26"). The chandelier is in very good condition. I have re-nickeled and patinated the fixture. It is rewired with a standard US socket.
