Beautiful, full-sized antique covered soup tureen crafted by the renowned English pottery manufacturer Ridgways at the Bedford Works in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
This piece features the iconic, highly collectible blue and white "Willow" transferware pattern.
Notably, this premium version features a fully decorated interior landscape, a hallmark of superior 19th-century craftsmanship.
Based on the distinct "Semi China" bow-and-arrow back stamp and the inclusion of "England" to comply with the 1890 McKinley Tariff Act, this tureen dates precisely to circa 1891–1910.
