18K White Gold Tahitian Pearl Sapphire Emerald Diamond Earrings, designed as stud earrings featuring two cultured Tahitian pearls approx. 14.0 - 14.5 mm, with detachable 18K white gold jackets adorned with eight prong set square step cut blue sapphires weighing a total of approx. 1.45 carats, further adorned with twenty four prong set round brilliant cut emeralds weighing a total of approx. 2.00 carats, decorated with one hundred forty four pave set round faceted diamonds weighing a total of approx. 0.80 carat, worn through pierced earlobes with posts and support friction backs, marked: "750".
