Jaslow has been described as a humanist painter, people being the major subject matter of his paintings. This painting is stylized with expressive brushstrokes and a vibrant color palette.
Signed by the artist on the bottom right.

In a lovely burl wood frame with a white painted wood mat.
Painted on artist board.

Minor wear to frame.
The painting is in good condition with minor surface wear.We have not taken the painting out of the frame. The white flecks do not appear to be paint losses but are small spots where the painter did not apply to the artist board.
The reverse has typical brown paper backing. There is an old water mark which in only on the paper.
