The upper section consists of a circular, multi-tier candle rack with graduated rings of candle sockets rising toward a central finial, designed to hold a substantial number of taper candles in a concentric arrangement. The lower section is an ornate brass pedestal stand with scrolling feet, floral rosettes, and curved supports, providing both visual lift and structural stability.

While originally separate objects, the combined form reads convincingly as a single monumental centerpiece, evoking ecclesiastical, theatrical, or grand salon lighting displays. The differing tones of brass between the top and base clearly indicate their separate origins and lend depth to the overall surface character, with layered patina, oxidation, and wear reinforcing the piece's age and presence.
