Weighing at an impressive 15 pounds, this elegant vintage fireplace tool set, traditionally known in France as a serviteur de cheminée, was crafted circa 1970. The complete five-piece set combines polished brass with blackened iron, creating a refined contrast well suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors.
the circular stand rests on a molded brass base fitted with a raised gallery and a black metal inset designed to catch ash and debris. A slender central standard supports four coordinating fireplace tools, each finished with a polished brass finial. The set includes a shovel, brush, poker, and fire tongs, all suspended neatly from shaped brass rests.
