This handsome chandelier is a classic arts & crafts or mission style fixture with three arms each holding a lamp within a glass hurricane-style shade.
There is a 5.5" length of chain attaching the lamp to a matching ceiling pendant.
It is a timeless design and very well constructed. The brass has acquired a beautiful patina from age and use.
