This is the most finely carved ornate large mirror I have ever had. The carving above the mirror measures 22 inches high and is so intricately done that some elements are raised very 3D, it slants out from the wall about 6 inches adding depth. There is a sweet garland of flowers below the mirror and wonderful carved feet and decorative splays of flower groups including bell flowers down each side.
I don't see anything missing which seems amazing to me, it is intact after all this time. The back has brown paper added and possibly the mirror was replaced. The mirror frame measures 68.5 high, 30.5 wide, the mirror itself is 37" high and 20" wide.
