Accented with delicate brass stringing, fluted corner columns, brass-mounted tapered legs, and classic Louis XVI hardware, it combines timeless sophistication with exceptional craftsmanship. This can also be used as a bar since this has a glass instead of the normal leather you see.
Overall, this secrétaire is in very good antique condition. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description. The only notable imperfections is a light bang on the top right corner, which is not noticeable during normal use since it is on the top surface, and a small missing bronze trim piece on the upper left back corner. Because it is located on the back of the cabinet, it is not visible when the piece is displayed. These minor age-related imperfections do not detract from the beauty, functionality, or overall presentation of this exceptional 19th-century French Louis XVI secrétaire. See less
