The Vera Vessel brings a sense of history and permanence to a space.
Cast in cement papier mâché and finished in a hand applied limewash paint, Vera is rich in architectural detail. A sculpted swag and tassel motif wraps the upper body, while fluted detailing and acanthus inspired ornamentation create depth and movement throughout the piece. The limewash finish softens the form, allowing the carved relief to catch light and shadow in a way that feels aged, collected, and entirely unique.
Set on a substantial footed base, Vera has the presence of a classical urn while remaining versatile enough for modern interiors. Beautiful styled with branches or dried botanicals, it is equally striking left empty as a sculptural object.
