Up for sale is a stunning Mid-Century Modern square occasional/side table designed by renowned designer Michael Taylor for Baker Furniture’s iconic "Far East Collection" (circa 1950s–1960s).
This piece showcases exquisite craftsmanship and sophisticated Chinoiserie/Asian Modern lines. It features a richly figured burl wood tabletop set within a solid walnut frame, framed by an elegant tray-style edge. The side aprons are detailed with interlocking ring fretwork, supported by a sturdy X-stretcher base and stylized Ming-inspired horse-hoof feet.
