A richly detailed pair of late 20th-century Corinthian column capitals cast in substantial concrete. Each is modeled with layered acanthus leaves, scrolling volutes, and architectural ornament, all softened by a wonderfully weathered pale surface that gives the pair the presence of old garden fragments.
Their broad, low proportions make them especially versatile. Use them as sculptural stands for an armillary, sundial, urn, or classical bust, or place them beside outdoor seating as distinctive drinks tables. Indoors, they would bring architectural character to a garden room, conservatory, entry hall, or collected English country interior.
