a refined vintage glass vase shaped like a handbag, an example of central european glassmaking in the second half of the 20th century. This is the artistic glass produced in central europe, a geographical and cultural region historically centered around germany, austria, the czech republic (the famous bohemia), slovakia, hungary, and poland. The main body is made of milky white opaline glass with a polished, polished surface. The mouth of the vase is embellished with a hot-applied orange glass paste cord, a feature reminiscent of traditional murano glasswork.
