The rectangular top has rounded corners and a moulded edge above a plain frieze supported by four finely turned legs terminating in original brass castors.
When fully opened it provides a practical dining surface suitable for four people. with both leaves lowered it becomes a narrow side table or console making it ideal for a smaller dining room kitchen apartment or hallway.
The warm mahogany has a rich mellow colour and the simple elegant design allows this versatile antique table to work equally well in a traditional or contemporary interior.
In good original condition with attractive age-related marks and wear consistent with its age and use.
