An exceptional custom-made dining set featuring a richly patina solid copper table top resting on a dramatic sculptural steel pedestal base, accompanied by four handcrafted ribbon steel dining chairs. The oval copper top has developed a wonderful natural patina over decades of use, displaying warm earth tones, subtle oxidation, and authentic character that cannot be replicated. The handcrafted steel pedestal is composed of gracefully curved flat steel elements that converge beneath the table top before radiating outward to form an elegant architectural base. The four dining chairs continue the sculptural aesthetic with radiating ribbon steel backs and seats, each individually fabricated from bent steel straps. Condition
Very good vintage condition consistent with age. The copper top exhibits an attractive, naturally developed patina with oxidation, watermarks, and surface war that enhances its character. Painted steel base and chairs remains structurally sound with minor age appropriate wear.
