Handcrafted by French artisans, it offers a graceful combination of classical design, soft coloring and comfortable seating.
The solid beechwood frame features fluted legs, carved floral ornaments and balanced neoclassical proportions. It has been professionally refinished in a soft antique-cream tone and enhanced with hand-painted pastel floral accents that give the piece a romantic French character.
The seat and backrest have been newly upholstered in blue silk-cotton damask decorated with an elegant cream floral pattern. A coordinating dotted fabric covers the outer back and side panels, allowing the settee to be displayed attractively from every angle. New padding provides supportive and comfortable seating.
