Antique early 20th century hand-crafted rolling utility cart with a hardwood frame, woven wood splint sides, and a solid wood base. The sides are constructed from individually woven wood splints threaded through vertical steel rods. The cart features traditional mortise and tenon style joinery, slotted screws, metal corner reinforcement plates, a fixed push handle, and a pair of large pressed steel wheels fitted with solid rubber tires. Large open interior offering generous storage space.

- Good antique condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood exhibits scratches, scuffs, finish wear, small dents, dirt/dust, … moreGood antique condition with wear consistent with age and use. The wood exhibits scratches, scuffs, finish wear, small dents, dirt/dust, and scattered discoloration. The woven splints remain largely intact, including a few small breaks along the back, one of which has an old black tape repair. The steel hardware and wheels display oxidation and surface rust consistent with age, and the solid rubber tires show expected wear. The metal corner reinforcement brackets and some screws appear to have been added or replaced later to strengthen the frame. The cart is structurally sound, rolls as intended, and retains an attractive antique patina throughout. Please see pictures. less
