The exterior walls are decorated with incised relief Taotie mask friezes.
Below, an inscription is engraved in the bronze.
On the pedestal, an incised relief frieze adorns the exterior wall above a bulge.
On each side, symmetrically, an applied Taotie mask holds a ring.

The vase has a beautiful green, blue, and red patina, forming thick calcified crusts in places.
The bronze was stabilized by chemical treatment after excavation to prevent deterioration from exposure to air.

There is a deformation and a missing piece at the neck.
Dimensions: 21 x 21 x 15 cm.
Proven at auction in France.
