Murano glass floor lamp, with three light elements, 1970s.
Base with three cylindrical brushed aluminum stems of varying heights, each topped with a tubular capsule diffuser in white opaline blown Murano glass. When turned on, the diffusers come alive with iridescent shades ranging from white to pink to blue, a typical optical effect of Mazzega's laminated milk glass. The vertical trio composition evokes an almost vegetal, sculptural form.
A piece with a strong ambient character, capable of defining a corner of the living room with its light alone.
