Its richly aged red lacquer finish is decorated with hand-painted scenes of traditional Chinese architecture, landscapes, figures, floral motifs, and geometric borders. Years of natural wear have softened the artwork and created a beautifully layered patina.

The cabinet is constructed in two separate parts, making it easier to move and install despite its substantial 96.1-inch height. The lower section features two large paneled doors with decorative brass hardware, while the upper section provides an additional two-door storage compartment. Its narrow footprint offers generous vertical storage without requiring excessive floor space.
