The thick-walled cylinders deliberately break with the traditionally curved, baroque forms of classic Murano glass, opting instead for strict geometry and an architectural presence.

The objects are mouth-blown from solid glass, into which vibrant, floral, and geometric murrine (millefiori) and delicate organic glass rods have been fused. The standout feature is the sophisticated acid-etched finish (Vetro Satinato / Vetro Corroso): The matte surface lightens the visual weight of the colorful elements, refracts incoming light in a captivatingly soft way, and lends the set a contemporary, almost Scandinavian simplicity.

Thanks to their solid construction and precisely ground edges, these objects are extremely versatile – use them as standalone vases for minimalist floral arrangements, as elegant hurricane lanterns for atmospheric lighting, or as independent art objects on a mid-century or postmodern sideboard.

Condition report:
Excellent vintage condition. The glass has no chips, cracks, or deep scratches. Minimal, age-related wear marks are present on the undersides. The matte finish of the body is perfectly preserved.
