Includes sumptuous pleated shade with a tassel trim, and a beautiful sculpted leaf finial. Single way switch. Minor tear on the interior of the lamp shape. Repaired with a small piece of painters tape which minimizes the issue of the light coming through the hole and being visible when the lamp is turned on. See the last photo. See less
