The work surface is painted a light, French Gray with multiple areas of patina (scuffs, scratches and separation) from over a century of daily use. Inside the case, a drawer to the upper left (a later addition) leaves an open shelf to the right and one large storage shelf below. The front of the case is an attractive paneled design, using weathered shades of tone-on-tone greens and buttery yellow for definition, lifted on a charcoal gray plinth base. Here is an attractive solution for wherever one needs storage and workspace in one unit. Cleaned, tightened and polished to bring out all the historic character. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering the age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
