A substantial vintage cast bronze horse sculpture featuring a richly developed natural verdigris patina and bold, sculptural form. The powerful rearing stance and stylized decorative motifs evoke traditional Asian equestrian imagery while the aged surface gives the piece an authentic, timeworn character.
Cast in solid metal, this sculpture has impressive weight for its size and displays the kind of honest oxidation collectors appreciate. It makes a striking accent on a bookshelf, desk, console, or cocktail table and pairs particularly well with campaign, British Colonial, traditional, and eclectic interiors.
A distinctive decorative object with strong presence despite its compact scale.
