One 19th century French confit pot with mustard glazing. I purchased these at the Paris Flea Market in 2007 from my choice of scores of confit pots. The glazing and their aging is perfectly imperfect. A little wear here and there but the glazing is just so charming and the base has hints of hunter green coming through which I love.
I hope these inspire you to cook as it did me knowing of their life before in a wonderful French kitchen somewhere. Or order carry out and use this as a wonderful book end!
I have one other confit pot that matches it perfectly in height and over all size if interested.
