This distinctive pair of high-back swivel lounge armchairs was manufactured in Czechoslovakia by UP Závody Rousínov during the 1960s. The chairs feature tall, enveloping backrests with softly shaped headrest wings and expressive abstract geometric upholstery in warm beige and brown tones.
Each armchair stands on a stable metal swivel base and offers generous proportions suitable for use as a reading chair, lounge chair or statement accent piece. The upholstery, wooden frames and swivel mechanisms are in their original vintage condition. The exact designer is unknown.
