5.5” high, in all likelihood a Sevres vase due to the exquisite decor, Tahan was the fine purveyors of luxury … Read more 5.5” high, in all likelihood a Sevres vase due to the exquisite decor, Tahan was the fine purveyors of luxury goods in Paris and this vase is of the Napoleon III period circa 1840-1845. Beautiful gilt bronze mountings have roses and leaves at foot. The label is of a type used when Tahan was at 30 Rue de la Paix in Paris which was the location of the original store. The vase is in very fine condition. I hate to boast too much but really this vase I would expect to see in a Paris museum. See less
