Crafted from richly figured mahogany, the bed has a grand architectural presence, enhanced by curved lines, decorative moulding and finely detailed gilt-bronze mounts.
The warm brown mahogany is complemented by gold-tone floral garlands, classical medallions, scrolling ornaments and other neoclassical decorations. These details appear throughout the headboard and footboard, highlighting the shape of the frame and giving the bed a refined, luxurious appearance.
