Likely from the 1980s or 90s, it is at least 31 years old since the frame shop label from Cornwall, England still has the old telephone code that was updated in 1995 to have more numbers. The artwork is in excellent condition and is signed in the lower left hand corner by the artist. The frame is in good condition although there are scuffs and scratches mostly on the corners consistent with age and use.
