Produced by Chikaramachi, a specialized branch factory of the Noritake Porcelain Company in Nagoya, Japan, this colorful porcelain basket dates to approximately 1928–1946. Often called the "1000 Faces" pattern, the design features rows of tiny stylized faces surrounding geometric Art Deco-inspired bands, making it a favorite among Japanese porcelain collectors. The original rattan-wrapped swing handle adds warmth and texture while complementing Japandi, Chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, and eclectic interiors.
Measures: 7.5" diameter, 7" high with handle, 2" high without handle.
