The painter from Robbiate, Antonio Manzoni, distinguished himself with a pictorial production influenced by expressionism, painting a reality—both landscapes and figures—interpreted in an extremely synthetic way, with an almost brutal exercise of reduction. All reinforced by a personal technique that involves a strongly material support on which the artist redraws the figures, creating an almost two-dimensional effect. Color is also used according to an emotional and spiritual interpretation, without any connection to reality. In this case, the protagonist is a human figure, a guitar player, emerging from the dark background through lines and brush convolutions drawn on the material base. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
