This single bed is a lovely piece of 1960s design. Attributed to Fratelli Proserpio, it embodies the understated elegance of Mid-Century Modern with its warm appearance and flowing lines. Its structure is crafted from beautiful teak and teak veneer, with the main frame boasting a light and luminous hue that contrasts beautifully with the darker, delicately turned uprights. The headboard and footboard rise with a gentle curve, adding a touch of lightness and movement to the overall design. The bed is vintage and dates from the 1960s. The teak and teak veneer frame comes with its original metal mesh base. Signs of wear are minimal; a small piece of veneer is visible in the photo.
