Traditional case piece with a single drawer, tray-edge top with a raised gallery lip, brass teardrop pulls flanking a decorative keyhole escutcheon, a scalloped apron, and gracefully curved cabriole legs. Fitted with a pull-out extension leaf (12 3/8" x 26 1/4") that slides out from beneath the top, extending the total usable depth. Rich finish with warm, hand-applied depth, signature of Minton-Spindell craftsmanship.

The "Dutch tea table" is emulating early-to-mid 18th century tables specifically to hold imported tea trays and services, and the Dutch developed a distinctive version of this furniture type featuring cabriole legs often ending in pad or Dutch club feet (rather than the ball-and-claw more common in English versions), a raised tray-edge top, and frequently a single drawer and/or a slide or leaf that pulled out.

Stylistically, this is a reproduction rooted in Dutch Baroque furniture of roughly 1700–1740. Originally crafted in the 1980s.
