The unit features a double-door upper cupboard, an open-backed central display section and a lower fall-front compartment. The fall-front opens to form a useful serving surface, making the lower section particularly well suited for use as a drinks or cocktail cabinet.

The central display shelf can be repositioned at different heights, allowing the open section to accommodate books, glassware, ceramics or taller decorative pieces. The open-backed design helps the unit retain a light, architectural appearance and allows it to be used either against a wall or as a freestanding room divider.

The original red G-Plan maker’s label remains attached to the inside of the upper cupboard door, providing clear evidence of its manufacture and provenance.
