This long, solid oak shopfront from the early 20th century has seen the hands of a merchant, his displays meticulously arranged and his glass polished every morning. It still bears the patina and character of its professional past, ready to find a second life in a contemporary interior or boutique.

materials: solid oak for the front structure, solid pine for the back and base, original glass top and fronts, turned wooden knobs.

features: with glass on the top, sides, and front, this antique shopfront offers exceptional visibility of the displayed items. It is equipped with three hinged doors on the front, one on the right and two on the left, allowing convenient access to the entire interior. At 1.93m long and shallow, it is ideal placed on a counter, used as a low cabinet, or hung as a decorative element in a kitchen, living room, dining room, or shop.

restoration: the display case has been completely sanded, cleaned, and protected with a colorless wax that highlights the beautiful patina left by time on the wood. The support strips for the upper glass panels have been inspected and partially replaced. The piece has also been partially re-glued.

condition: the display case is sturdy and well-made. Its doors close perfectly. Note that the upper glass panels show some scratches from use.
