The large bulbous blown glass globe has opaque frosted shading on the lower portion that fades as it rises to the rounded point on top. The glass rests on a polished chromed base. The lamp uses a single standard base lightbulb (included) that is switched on with a thumb turn switch on the base. The lamp is 16 inches tall. The globe is 11 inches wide.
