The fabric is Scalamandré Tigre - viscose - reds & blacks. Despite the colorway name, the fabric is beautiful hues of pink.

The sculptural fretwork backs and glossy black finish provide the perfect contrast to the vibrant tigre upholstery. The chairs retain their original vintage black lacquered finish, which displays attractive age-related patina, including a few scattered chips and wear that contribute to their character and authenticity.

Each removable seat has been newly upholstered in genuine Scalamandré Tigre velvet with careful attention to pattern placement for a cohesive appearance across the set. Seats are attached and secured by Velcro for easy removal and cleaning. Velcro is shown in the last listing image.
