Pink leather armchair with bentwood frame and removable cushion. Designed by Arne Norell in 1967, Norell label present.
The "Pilot," designed by Arne Norell in 1967, is one of the Swedish designer's most recognizable chairs. The bentwood frame supports a padded shell upholstered in pink leather, complete with a removable seat cushion. The enveloping lines of the backrest and armrests reflect Norell's approach to comfort and craftsmanship, elements that made Norell products a favorite in the Scandinavian design scene of the late 20th century.
